WHAt is live band karaoke?

Instead of a DJ track playing the music while you sing, it’s a live band. You signup from an expansive song list and take the stage with the band. We provide lyrics screens that scroll through the song while the band plays!

IS THIS A GOOD GROUP ACTIVITY IN RALEIGH?

Yes! Raleighoke’s live band karaoke show is great for groups. Public shows have helped groups celebrate birthdays, moving-away parties, retirements, engagements, and more. Raleighoke is also available for private events.

What songs does RALEIGHoke do?

Raleighoke offers more than 90 songs spanning decades and genres, offering something for everyone to rock out to from the stage or crowd. You can check out the current song list here.

CAN I suggest a new song for the Raleighoke list?

Yes! We are continually growing the song list and always welcome suggestions. DM us on Instagram or fill out the suggestion form to make a request. We can’t add everything and sometimes run public voting for new songs on our social channels, so be sure to follow us to stay in the loop.

CAN I SIT IN ON the drums, guitar, etc.?

No. Raleigh is full of talented musicians, and we love having them join Raleighoke shows. But please leave the music to the Raleighoke band at the Raleighoke show.

No. Raleighoke shows are fun for everyone, including those among us who are less drawn to the spotlight. Even if you don’t plan to sing, Raleighoke plays great music and the karaoke performances are always entertaining. But also… you should totally sing.

Yes. Don’t let the name fool you — we can rock out anywhere anytime. We’ve played various venues around the Triangle region and have traveled as far as Winston-Salem for private events. We’re always down to jam in and out of Raleigh.
